eCloudvalley renews AWS pact to push enterprise AI
eCloudvalley has renewed a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services, marking the second such deal between the companies. The Singapore-headquartered provider stated the renewed pact shifts its focus to enterprise artificial intelligence, moving from a services-led to a product-focused business model.
The renewed agreement positions eCloudvalley to offer more standardized AI solutions, supported by AWS's technical enablement and joint development. This pivot from custom services towards productization, as described by CEO Linda Lin, aims to provide customers with "verified methodologies that can be deployed effortlessly," potentially simplifying AI integration for businesses.
eCloudvalley's AI product portfolio includes the MAIAH platform, an enterprise AI agent system combining multi-agent functions, knowledge management, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-based applications. It also features EAG, a governance platform designed to manage AI agents, models, data, and access permissions centrally. This system is intended to help reduce operational risks and control costs as businesses expand their AI projects.
The collaboration with AWS targets growth in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, and the public sector, extending eCloudvalley's model across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. This regional expansion, aimed at both small and medium-sized businesses and larger enterprises, suggests a broader availability of more structured AI solutions for diverse market segments.
