Acceptance of Terms

These are the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") that govern and set out how you may use of the GMAsia.ai ("GMAsia", "we", "us") website and services, an Artificial Intelligence ("AI")-powered platform for discovering crypto, AI, Web3, and blockchain events. The services that GMAsia provides to you through its website, mobile application(s), and related services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES OF GMASIA, YOU ACCEPT, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Do not continue to use GMAsia if you do not agree to all the terms stated in the Terms and Conditions.

GMAsia services

GMAsia uses AI to curate event listings from public sources and user submissions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of listings. Users should verify event details with organizers.

GMAsia allows users to submit event information for crypto, AI, Web3, and blockchain events. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your submissions. By submitting content, you:

grant GMAsia a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content on the platform;
warrant that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe any third-party rights;
acknowledge that event details may be publicly displayed, subject to moderation for accuracy or legality.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any events submitted without notice.

Some events may be listed in partnership with organizers, potentially involving commissions or affiliate arrangements. Such partnerships are disclosed on our webpage. Listing an event does not imply endorsement or involvement by GMAsia unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of events. No part of GMAsia service will be construed as legal, tax, investment, financial or other advice. It will not constitute a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement or offer by us. These Terms and Conditions cover all use of the GMAsia services while on our website, mobile application, or any other form of access to our services, and regardless of which device is used for access.

User Accounts

To access certain features of GMAsia (e.g., event submissions, subscriptions), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

providing accurate, complete, and current information;
safeguarding your password, login information and all activities under your account;
notifying us immediately of unauthorized account use at the contact details set out below;
logging out after each session and ensuring the security of your access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate or fraudulent use or at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Uses

You represent and warrant that you will not use GMAsia services for any purpose or activity that:

is unlawful or illegal;
is fraudulent, deceptive, false, or misleading (including submission of any fraudulent event information);
is threatening, abusive, harassing, stalking, defamatory, or harmful to others in any way;
is invasive of another's privacy or otherwise violates another's legal or regulatory rights;
contains vulgar, obscene, indecent or unlawful material;
infringes a third party's intellectual property right(s);
publishes, posts, uploads, or otherwise distributes any software, music, videos, or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you have all necessary rights and consents to do so;
disrupts or adverse impacts the GMAsia services.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination or legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content in and part of the GMAsia services, including but not limited to any and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, software, music, sound, and other files, and their selection and arrangement (collectively the "Content"), are the exclusive property of GMAsia. No Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without our express prior written permission or as provided for in these Terms and Conditions. GMAsia grants to you a limited license to access and use the services and to use any portion of the Content solely for your use in connection with the services (provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact). Any use of the Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein. This limited license is revocable by us at any time without notice and with or without cause.

Disclaimer

YOUR USE OF THE GMASIA SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Our materials and services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant:

The accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of AI-curated or user-submitted event listings;
The quality or outcomes of events listed;
Uninterrupted access to the platform.

You acknowledge that we are not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users, and that you alone are assuming the risk of injury from the foregoing, to the fullest extent of the law. In no event will we, our affiliates, any of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, licensors or any other person or entity involved in creating, producing or providing the GMAsia services, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the services. In any event, GMAsia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising from:

Use or inability to use the platform;
Inaccurate or incomplete event listings;
Third-party event outcomes or cancellations;
Unauthorized access to your account or data.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GMASIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM LOSS FROM YOUR: (I) INABILITY TO USE, (II) USE, AND/OR (III) MISUSE OF, DATA; NOR SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GMASIA SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL GMASIA OR ITS AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY TORT, CONTRACT OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE GMASIA SERVICE, OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY GMASIA.

Accuracy of Materials

Event listings and other materials on GMAsia may contain errors (e.g., user submission error, technical, typographical, or AI-generated inaccuracies). We do not represent or warrant that materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may update, amend or remove materials at any time without notice and we do not undertake and are not obligated to correct errors.

Links & Third-Party Data

GMAsia.ai may link to third-party sites (e.g., event organizers) and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement of the sites or their content. You acknowledge that any use or third-party sites and their services is done at your own risk.

GMAsia.ai may contain third-party information and data as part of its services. The information in the GMAsia.ai service is derived from publicly available information and consolidated for your convenience. GMAsia.ai may not be the original source of all of the information available and does not confirm or warrant its accuracy. The availability of any of this information on GMAsia.ai is not an association or endorsement of any third parties or of the information.

GMAsia.ai does not guarantees the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the available information and is not liable for any decisions you make as a result of the information. You agree to only refer to the provided information at your own risk.

Amendments

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME. IF WE DO THIS, WE WILL POST THE AMENDED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL INDICATE AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE THE DATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WERE LAST REVISED. Assignment

We may assign or transfer any or all of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without notice or obtaining your consent or approval.

Notices and Communications

We may contact you from time to time to share updates. Where you sign up and provide your email address (and other personal data), you also consent to receiving occasional electronic communication and notifications from us. If you wish to update your email contact information and sign in information, it can be updated through your account. You agree to waive all claims resulting from failure to receive communications if your contact information is out of date.

Termination

We shall have the right to immediately terminate any registered account(s) you may have with us or cease provision of services to you in the event of any conduct by you that we, in our sole discretion, consider to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong SAR courts for any disputes arising from your use of GMAsia.ai.

Force Majeure

GMAsia.ai is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including server outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
