Bonree Advances AI-Native Observability and Global Expansion, Reinforcing Its Leadership in China's APMO Market
Bonree Data Technology, which IDC reports held a 22.1% market share in China's Application Performance Management and Observability (APMO) market in H1 2026, has launched Bonree ONE 4.0. This new platform focuses on AI-native observability while the company expands its international presence across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong SAR, and Macao SAR.
Bonree ONE 4.0 is designed as a unified intelligent observability platform tailored for AI applications, which the company terms "AI-native observability." The platform's capabilities include end-to-end tracing and quality analysis specifically for AI systems, monitoring metrics such as token consumption, model performance, and conversational quality. It supports various AI development frameworks, including OpenAI SDK, LangChain, and Dify, to enable tracing of complex, multi-turn AI interactions.
A core component of Bonree ONE 4.0 is Sage AI, an AI agent workbench that allows organizations to build, manage, and reuse AI agents across different operational domains like IT operations, DevOps, and FinOps. This workbench facilitates both workflow-based and autonomous agent execution through shared resources for models, tools, and knowledge. Additionally, the platform integrates natural-language operations, providing users access to operational insights via conversational queries across 25 built-in scenarios.
This product innovation supports Bonree's ongoing international expansion, building on its reported market leadership in China's APMO sector. The company notes its overseas customer projects and signed contracts have exceeded US$1 million. Bonree is strengthening its regional engagement through industry events, such as the Bonree ONE 4.0 global launch in Kuala Lumpur, and developing ecosystem collaborations, including initiatives with Huawei and an agreement with NTT DATA.
