Structurely Rebrands as 21X and Launches Sports Revenue Platform in Partnership with GameAbove Sports
Structurely has rebranded as 21X, expanding its AI engagement portfolio with a new sports revenue platform, 21X SPORTS, developed in partnership with GameAbove Sports. The company states its AI platform aims to convert more customer conversations into revenue, building on over a decade of experience and more than 500 million interactions.
The rebrand from Structurely to 21X represents an effort to broaden the company's application of AI-powered engagement tools. While the stated goal of turning customer conversations into revenue is consistent with its previous identity, 21X aims to offer a wider range of products and AI tools to support both revenue growth and operational efficiency.
A key part of this expansion is the introduction of 21X SPORTS, a new vertical targeting collegiate athletic departments, professional teams, leagues, and sports product companies. This platform is designed to help these organizations generate additional revenue by engaging existing fan and customer databases for ticket sales, merchandise offers, and re-engagement campaigns.
The platform's operational model involves AI managing initial interactions across voice, SMS, and email to answer questions and identify customer intent. Qualified opportunities are then directed to human staff. For sports organizations, this could allow for serving larger audiences without a proportional increase in personnel, by automating routine engagement and consolidating various communication channels.
