Revolut Confirms US$115 Billion Valuation Amid Global Banking Expansion

Revolut has confirmed a US$115 billion valuation following a secondary share sale, representing a more than 53 percent increase from its US$75 billion valuation in November 2025. This development occurs as the UK-based fintech reports significant revenue and profit growth, alongside global banking expansion and regulatory approvals.

Revolut's confirmed US$115 billion valuation, established through a secondary share sale, indicates strong investor confidence in its growth trajectory. This mechanism allows existing shareholders to realize value and sets a market price for the company, though it does not directly inject new operating capital into Revolut. The substantial increase from its US$75 billion valuation a year prior suggests a positive market reception to its recent performance and strategic direction.

This valuation is supported by Revolut's reported financial performance in 2025, which included a 46 percent revenue increase to US$6 billion and a 57 percent rise in pre-tax profit to US$2.3 billion. The company has also pursued an ambitious global expansion, launching banks in the UK, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand in 2026, and securing banking licenses in France, Colombia, and Argentina. Additionally, Revolut received conditional approval for a national bank charter in the US.

For Asia, Revolut has announced plans to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over five years, aiming to grow its local workforce to over 300 employees and open a new office in early 2027. Singapore is slated to support regional product development and partnerships, aligning with Revolut's stated goal of serving 100 million customers and building what its CFO describes as a "truly global bank."
