YYForce Launches Facadevision AI; Automates IFM Division with Drone and AI-Powered Exterior Maintenance
YYForce Inc., an AI-enabled workforce management platform and integrated facility management provider, has launched Facadevision AI Pte. Ltd. This new Singapore-incorporated joint venture, in which YYForce holds a 70% interest, aims to enhance facade inspection and cleaning services using drones and AI. Integral Cleaning Pte. Ltd., a Singaporean cleaning services provider, holds the remaining 30% and contributes operational expertise. The venture plans to deploy enterprise-grade drones for exterior cleaning and AI-assisted image analysis to detect building defects, moving away from traditional labor-intensive methods. Commercial deployment is slated for Q3 2026, initially targeting Singapore's commercial buildings before expanding to industrial and residential properties.
