Trustpoint Xposure Launches Real Estate AEO Program for Agents, Brokers, and Developers
Trustpoint Xposure, a US-based PR and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) agency, has launched a Real Estate AEO Program for agents, brokers, and developers. The program aims to enhance individual professionals' visibility in AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini, which the agency reports often recognize major brokerage brands but not individual expertise.
The new program from Trustpoint Xposure addresses a reported shift in how high-value real estate clients begin their professional selection process. The agency states, based on its proprietary internal audit data, that premium buyers and sellers are increasingly turning to AI platforms before using traditional search engines or seeking referrals. This internal data also suggests that while AI systems recognize major brokerage brands, they often do not differentiate individual agents or brokers without specific, independently established signals.
To counter this, the program is designed to build individual AI search signals for real estate professionals. A secondary pattern identified in the agency's internal data suggests that specific AI search positions, such as for a luxury listing agent in a particular neighborhood, are largely unclaimed in most audited real estate markets. The program aims to help individual professionals establish a distinct presence in these AI search contexts.
The program deploys a five-signal methodology. This includes 'Individual Entity Disambiguation' to create a machine-readable professional identity, 'Individual Google Knowledge Panel Development' for a verified information panel distinct from the brokerage, and 'Editorial Coverage in AI-Recognized Publications' for placements tailored to the agent's specialty. It also incorporates 'Real Estate Schema Architecture' to make expertise machine-readable through structured data, and 'Wikipedia Entity Establishment' for professionals meeting Wikipedia's notability standards.
