Ravita Engineering Services Limited IPO Opens on October 13, 2026
Ravita Engineering Services Limited, an Indian provider of HVAC and electro-mechanical solutions, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering on October 13, 2026. The company aims to raise ₹116.05 Crore, with shares to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform, according to its announcement.
Ravita Engineering's IPO seeks to fund long-term working capital needs and capital expenditures for heavy equipment. This approach aims to strengthen its internal project delivery capabilities, particularly as it expands into the data center segment, which requires specialized infrastructure.
The company provides EPIC and O&M solutions for HVAC systems across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and data center applications. Its stated growth into data centers is notable because these facilities rely on precise temperature control for optimal operation, creating a consistent demand for such services.
Financial results show revenue from operations increased from ₹1,349.25 lakhs in FY24 to ₹27,763.29 lakhs in FY26, with a profit after tax of ₹2,804.16 lakhs in FY26. As of June 30, 2026, Ravita reported an order book of ₹49,112.12 lakhs across 21 projects, which included ₹12,000.00 lakhs specifically for data center work.
The IPO coincides with projected growth in India's HVAC market. A D&B industry report cited by Vivro Financial Services estimates the HVAC EPC I&C market to reach ₹1,69,723 crore by FY30 and the HVAC O&M market to grow to ₹68,205 crore. Ravita's financing is intended to position the company to participate in this expansion.
