Infinix opens Global Flagship Concept Store in Bali

Infinix has opened its first global Flagship Concept Store in Bali, Indonesia, aiming to redefine its brand engagement. The store integrates technology displays with lifestyle elements like a locally developed coffee brand and a robotic-arm installation, alongside creative activities. This debut initiates a broader retail expansion plan, with five more stores slated for Indonesia this year and exploration of similar concepts in other markets.

Infinix’s new Bali concept store introduces a "1+2+X" retail model, moving beyond traditional product showcases. The "1" encompasses a comprehensive technology experience, featuring Infinix's smartphone lineup, including the NOTE 60 and GT 50 Pro, alongside its AIoT ecosystem. This includes devices such as the ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, which are small audio accessories designed to attach to clothing, SPACE Max wireless headphones, and XEnergy portable power stations, which are battery devices for charging other gadgets.

The "2" refers to two distinct lifestyle components: n_x, Infinix’s locally developed coffee brand, and a prominent robotic-arm installation. These elements are designed to foster a more relaxed and imaginative perception of technology within the retail space, inviting consumers to engage with the brand in a less conventional setting. This approach suggests an effort to embed technology within daily routines and leisure activities.

The "X" element signifies an evolving program of creative activities and collaborations, covering areas like gaming, music, and sports. Infinix intends this space to host partnerships with artists and musicians, encouraging community participation and content creation. The longer-term vision positions the store as a destination for unique experiences and community building, rather than solely a point of sale for products.

This Bali opening is presented as the initial phase of a wider retail strategy. Infinix plans to open five additional flagship stores in Indonesia this year, with future locations adapted to local cultures and consumer preferences. This indicates a tailored approach to retail expansion, suggesting that the brand aims to integrate its "Joy Tech" philosophy differently across various communities.
