Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) 2026 to Showcase AI, Robotics, and Future Technologies
The 46th Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) is scheduled from October 13 to 16, 2026, at the HKCEC. Organized by the HKTDC, the event will feature AI, robotics, smart wellness, and entertainment technology, alongside the 29th electronicAsia. Over 3,200 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions are expected to participate.
The Hong Kong Electronics Fair outlines a focused approach to showcasing technological developments, particularly in AI and robotics. The event's structure, with distinct thematic zones such as AI & Robotics and Future Industries, suggests an emphasis on presenting specific applications and emerging sectors rather than a broad, undifferentiated display of consumer electronics.
The "RoboPark" area is designed to feature over 120 robots, covering applications from commercial services to healthcare, including humanoid and AI-powered wearable systems. The stated participation of companies like UBTECH, planning to demonstrate its Walker C1 humanoid robot, and VIGX, showcasing a pocket-sized AI exoskeleton, indicates a focus on presenting operational and specialized robotic technologies.
Additionally, the "Future Industries Zone," supported by the Hong Kong SAR Government and developed with the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association (HKEIA), aims to highlight technologies relevant to future computing, manufacturing, and microelectronics. This zone is expected to host over 100 exhibitors, including Lenovo, and includes activities like industry forums and startup pitching, suggesting an effort to foster innovation and commercialization.
The fair's comprehensive scope, spanning from digital health to extended reality (XR) entertainment, alongside dedicated areas for startups and established brands, provides a broad platform for technology display. The inclusion of an online exhibition through the Click2Match platform also extends the event's reach, potentially facilitating wider engagement with the showcased technologies and business-matching opportunities.
