Since 2017, AppWorks has been deeply cultivating the AI founder community, with over 150 active AI startups in its ecosystem across Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. This event features two parallel tracks: one for CEOs and one for CTOs/Builders. The CEO track focuses on AI entrepreneurship paths in Asia, OpenAI's latest trends and product directions, and how to build an 'AI-native' organization where agents handle 80% of the work. The CTO/Builder track includes insights on becoming an AI-native VC, practical case studies of high-efficiency AI-leveraged teams, and a hands-on Codex workshop led by the OpenAI technical team and Codex Ambassadors. The event concludes with a session by Zeabur on deploying AI products rapidly and a networking lunch.
