Claude Code Ark Workshop | Build and Launch Your Personal Brand Website in One Evening
Join the Claude Code Ark Workshop in Taipei to build and launch your personal brand website in one evening using AI. This hands-on workshop, led by experienced software engineer Oberon Lai, will guide you through clarifying your brand, using Claude Code for content and design, and deploying your site to GitHub Pages.
Many friends have recently asked Oberon Lai the same question: are you good at using Claude Code to build websites, and can you teach us? With so many inquiries, AI Project Ark decided to invite him to host a workshop for everyone. He will share his actual website building process and guide participants in creating a personal brand website that can be publicly shared. Only 15 spots are available, and participants will be selected through an approval process to ensure that attendees are genuinely interested in hands-on creation. Workshop Content: This will be a hands-on workshop. Participants will start by clarifying their brand positioning, use Claude Code to organize content structure and generate front-end design, and finally deploy the website to GitHub Pages, obtaining a shareable URL. Unlike platforms like Weebly, which will soon shut down, the websites created in this workshop will have their code and content in the participants' hands, deployed on GitHub Pages. This ensures the website won't disappear if a platform decides to cease services. After completion, participants can maintain and update the website themselves, making it truly their own. PS: After registration is approved, participants only need to cover the minimum in-store consumption. Due to the small venue and limited spots, if you are approved but cannot attend, please cancel in advance to allow waitlisted friends to join. Unexcused absences without cancellation will be recorded. Instructor: Oberon Lai, Software Engineer · WordPress / WooCommerce Custom System Development With over ten years of software development experience, Oberon specializes in e-commerce system integration, from payment and logistics to electronic invoicing. He excels at integrating complex transaction processes to meet client needs and has designed custom sales systems for online course platforms with annual revenues exceeding tens of millions. His articles on AI development have also been published in "Digital Age." His development journey began with self-taught graphic design and progressed into front-end and programming development. Having fully experienced the journey from design to engineering, he deeply understands where non-engineering backgrounds might struggle when learning development and is skilled at explaining technical concepts in an understandable way. In the era of AI development, he chooses to focus on the most easily overlooked fundamentals: communication skills with AI, constraint conditions, testing, and acceptance. He has assisted contracting companies in reorganizing their AI development processes and continuously verifies the feasibility of each method through personal testing. He believes that the value of AI lies not in making programs "run," but in making products "bug-free and easy to maintain." Who is this workshop for? - If you want to build a personal brand website but don't know where to start - If you've heard a lot about AI tools but lack a complete practical roadmap - If you're already using AI tools but need someone to help you organize your resume, portfolio, and service descriptions into a visible format - If you haven't written code but want to personally build a truly live website Who is this workshop NOT for? - If you are already very familiar with Claude Code and can independently build a website - If you want to learn complete back-end engineering, database design, or server setup - If the website you envision has complex features like multiple pages, member systems, or shopping carts - If you only want to hear about AI trends or tool comparisons and don't plan to do hands-on work - If you don't plan to prepare your data, photos, and content materials in advance, or don't plan to apply for GitHub or pay to use Claude Code - If you expect the instructor to build the website for you and you don't want to follow the process hands-on About Us: AI Project Ark is a platform in the making, building a trusted foundation for cross-domain AI talent. We believe that in this era, a group of people are using AI to achieve cross-disciplinary output. They might be engineers but also do visual design; they might be HR but can write complete automation processes. Their abilities cannot be contained by a single job title. Ark aims to make these "invisible practical skills" visible, trustworthy, and matchable, relying not on job titles but on actual accomplishments. We are still in the very early stages, and this workshop is our invitation for you to participate and make the process of "creating a visible work" easier. To learn more about what Ark does, you can visit the Ark Project official website. To start building your portfolio, this workshop is the most direct step: bring your materials, and two hours later, leave with a publicly shareable website.
