    About

AI has entered our lives, but no one tells you what skills to practice next. You might be using AI for work every day, or you might be just starting to explore. Either way, you've probably encountered the same confusion: AI seems to be able to do a bit of everything, but where should you focus your efforts so you won't be replaced or waste your time? Honestly, we don't have a standard answer to this question yet. Project Ark has been thinking about what kind of talent profile will emerge in the AI era. What kind of capabilities are not written on a resume but truly determine whether you can make good judgments and collaborate effectively? We've listed some ideas, but rather than thinking about it ourselves within the team, we want to hear from you, who are working and living with AI on the front lines, what you think about this. This is a true co-creation workshop. We will first let everyone see the differences in how they use AI; some can't live without it daily, while others are just starting – these differences are normal. Then, through several guided discussions, everyone will start from their own experiences to consider what capabilities people need to make good judgments, collaborate, and act as AI increasingly enters work and life. During the process, there will be sharing, exchange, and time for self-reflection, allowing everyone's ideas to be heard and organized. Finally, we will synthesize the insights heard today and invite you to leave your contact information so we can organize and send you the results of this co-creation. This workshop is suitable for you if you are already using AI for work but feel that the market doesn't quite know how to evaluate it. If you are a remote worker, a slasher, or still employed but want to find ways to make your skills more visible, this workshop is also designed for you. You don't need to understand AI beforehand; there are no standard answers here, only a group of people thinking about the same problem. This event is by approval, with limited spots. We want to ensure that every table has people who genuinely want to discuss this issue. Approved participants will be notified separately. A venue fee of NT$200 will be charged on-site.
