The Volkswagen ID. Aura T6, an electric crossover developed by the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture, has commenced presales in China. This five-seater SUV is priced from 135,900 yuan (20,225 USD) and is built on the CEA architecture, a platform co-developed with Xpeng. The vehicle features a single rear-axle electric motor producing 170 kW (228 hp) and offers two LFP battery options, providing a CLTC range of 540 to 660 km. Its interior includes a 15.6-inch floating touchscreen and a LiDAR-based assisted driving system powered by a Horizon Robotics Journey 6H chip, capable of 420 TOPS.
