Huawei Unveils Upgraded Stellar AI Network to Power the Agentic World with Secure, Intelligent Connectivity
Huawei unveiled its upgraded Stellar AI Network Solution at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026. This solution focuses on secure, intelligent connectivity to support the agentic world. Daily token consumption has surged 260-fold in the past year. The Stellar AI Network includes AI Fabric, AI WAN, and AI Campus components. It aims to boost computing productivity and safeguard AI services.
Huawei's Stellar AI Network upgrades respond to a 260-fold surge in daily AI token consumption over the last year. The new UBG switch SF9300 series cuts network deployment costs by 30% by eliminating the core layer. Its CloudEngine XH9300-EN series NPO switches reduce interconnect power consumption from 1,000 W to 600 W. These are concrete gains in efficiency for data centers.
The focus on security, with a 95% detection rate for cryptojacking and prompt injection attacks, matters for Asian enterprises. Huawei's Three-Layer Security Guardrail Solution identified 415 high-risk vulnerabilities at a customer site in seven days. This directly addresses rising concerns about AI model integrity and data theft. It offers a tangible competitive advantage in a region prioritizing digital security.
The real test for Huawei is adoption beyond its existing customer base. Its claim of reducing initial branch xPU costs fourfold with the XH computing-network appliance will draw attention.
