    Taiwan Power Co (Taipower) is planning to establish direct power lines to artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. This initiative addresses the increasing strain on the national grid due to rising AI power demands. Taipower chairman Tseng Wen-sheng stated that AI data center operators will manage these dedicated lines, with their length, costs, and timing determined by market mechanisms.
