China EV global sales in May 2026: Leapmotor new historical record, BYD stopped falling YoY

Sales and delivery figures for major car manufacturers in May 2026 have been released. In terms of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sales, BYD topped the list with 376,990 units sold, followed by SAIC and Geely.
